Submit a request to permanently delete your player profile, booking history, and personal records.

This Action is Irreversible

Once your request is processed, your login authentication, name, email, phone number, and push notification tokens will be deleted permanently. You will not be able to reactivate your account or retrieve past booking records.

Data Deletion & Retention Practices

In compliance with Play Store developer policies and the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, we are transparent about how we process deletion requests:

Deleted Data (Within 7 Days)

  • Full Name & Profile details
  • Registered Phone & Email
  • OTP Logins & FCM push tokens
  • Active app session tokens

Retained Data (Tax & Audit Compliance)

Under Indian tax regulations, billing receipts, transactional GST invoices, and payment references will be retained for accounting and compliance audits.
